Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 01/05/2026
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which EVIGNETTE provides a private assistance service for the purchase of motorway vignettes, e-vignettes, road usage rights or equivalent products offered by authorities, operators or national platforms in Europe and the United Kingdom.
EVIGNETTE is not an official website of any State, road authority, motorway operator or public body. EVIGNETTE acts as a private intermediary providing purchase assistance. The service consists of collecting the information submitted by the customer, checking its consistency, processing the order manually or semi-manually, purchasing or arranging the purchase of the requested product where possible, and then informing the customer of the progress or completion of the order.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Any order placed on evignette.app implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares that, before payment, they have read the essential information relating to the service, the selected country, the chosen product, the vignette price, the EVIGNETTE service fees and the total price.
Where the customer requests immediate processing of their order, they acknowledge that the assistance service may begin as soon as payment is validated. This request for immediate performance is separate from the general acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Nature of the EVIGNETTE Service
EVIGNETTE provides a purchase assistance service. This service may include entering or transmitting information on a national platform, checking the consistency of the data provided, monitoring the processing of the order and informing the customer of the progress of their order.
EVIGNETTE does not create the rules applicable to vignettes, does not set the public prices of authorities or operators, does not guarantee the permanent availability of a national product and cannot modify decisions or constraints imposed by official platforms.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Vignette price | Amount corresponding to the product selected for the relevant country, according to the information available at the time of the order. |
| EVIGNETTE service fees | Remuneration for the private assistance, processing, verification and order follow-up service. |
| Total price | Sum of the vignette price and the EVIGNETTE service fees, displayed before payment. |
| One-off purchase | Each order is independent. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment. |
4. No Official Affiliation
EVIGNETTE is an independent private service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EVIGNETTE is not mandated, affiliated, approved or operated by the national authorities or operators responsible for vignette systems.
Depending on the country, the customer may be able to purchase certain products directly from a national portal or official body. By choosing EVIGNETTE, the customer chooses to pay service fees in return for private purchase assistance.
5. Order
To place an order, the customer selects the country, the type of product, the validity period, the desired start date where this option is available, the vehicle category and the requested registration information. The customer must carefully check all information entered before payment.
A double entry of the registration plate number may be requested in order to limit errors. The order is processed on the basis of the information validated by the customer. An error in the registration plate number, country of registration, vehicle category, start date, duration or fuel type may make the vignette unusable or result in a refusal of refund by the relevant national platform.
6. Price and Payment
The price displayed before payment distinguishes between the vignette price and the EVIGNETTE service fees. The customer sees the total price before confirming their order.
Payment is due at the time of the order. The order is processed only after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the website. The accepted payment methods are those offered in the checkout process by the payment service provider active at the time of the order. EVIGNETTE does not store full bank card details and relies on its payment service provider for collection, confirmation and securing of the transaction.
Prices may vary depending on the country, product, currency, validity period, vehicle category, any conversion fees or the rules applicable at the time of the order.
7. Order Processing
EVIGNETTE processes paid orders as soon as possible. Processing may be manual and may depend on the information provided by the customer, the availability of national platforms, processing hours, necessary checks and the rules specific to each country.
When the order is finalised, EVIGNETTE informs the customer of the available confirmation or of the completion status of the order. The customer must check that the information corresponds to their request.
8. Country-Specific Rules
The rules applicable to vignettes, e-vignettes and road usage rights vary from country to country. The customer must read the information displayed on the page for the relevant country and in the summary before payment.
The rules applicable to the validity, activation, modification, cancellation or refund of a vignette or national product may vary depending on the country, the selected product, the vehicle category, the validity start date and the processing status of the order. Product-specific information is displayed in the order process before payment where necessary.
EVIGNETTE may refuse or cancel an order where the information provided is clearly inconsistent, where the requested product is not available, where the national platform does not allow processing or where a significant risk of error is identified. Alternatively, EVIGNETTE may contact the customer to validate their information.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Performance
Where a consumer customer benefits from a right of withdrawal applicable to a service purchased remotely, this right is exercised under the conditions provided by applicable law.
By requesting immediate processing of their order after payment, the customer agrees that EVIGNETTE may begin the service without waiting for the expiry of any withdrawal period. Orders are processed as they are received and, except in specific cases, within a maximum period of 48 hours. Once the order has been checked, submitted or purchased through the relevant national platform, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost in accordance with applicable law.
10. Cancellation and Refund
The cancellation and refund rules are detailed in the Refund Policy. They mainly depend on the status of the order at the time of the request.
11. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. In particular, they must check the registration plate number, country of registration, vehicle category, start date, selected duration, email address and any information necessary for processing.
The customer is responsible for the consequences of any incorrect or incomplete information that they validated before payment, unless the error is attributable to EVIGNETTE during processing.
12. Liability
EVIGNETTE is responsible for the proper performance of its assistance service within the limits provided by applicable law. EVIGNETTE cannot be held liable for refusals, unavailability, delays, errors or restrictions attributable to a national platform, an authority, an operator, a payment service provider, incorrect information provided by the customer or an external event reasonably beyond its control.
EVIGNETTE does not guarantee that the purchase of a vignette will prevent any inspection, fine or penalty if the customer drives outside the validity conditions of the purchased product, if the vehicle information is incorrect or if local rules are not complied with.
13. Invoicing
After payment, EVIGNETTE may issue an invoice or receipt relating to the total price paid, including the vignette price and the EVIGNETTE service fees. Invoicing may be generated automatically using Zoho Books or any other invoicing tool used by EVIGNETTE. In the event of a technical failure in generating or sending the invoice, EVIGNETTE may regularise the issuance or transmission of the invoice within a reasonable period.
14. Personal Data
The personal data processed in connection with the order is described in the Privacy Policy. It may include the customer's identification information, contact information, vehicle data, order information, payment data necessary to confirm the transaction and exchanges with support.
15. Complaints
Any question or complaint may be sent to EVIGNETTE using the following contact details: support@evignette.app. The customer is invited to indicate their order number, the country concerned and a precise description of their request.
16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law indicated in the Legal Notice, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to the consumer in their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact EVIGNETTE first in order to seek an amicable solution. The consumer's mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
