What exactly do you sell?

We provide a private service that assists with the purchase of motorway vignettes. The price you see includes the official price set by the relevant government and our service fee for handling the registration for you.

Are you an official government website?

No. EVIGNETTE is an independent private service. We do not represent any public authority. The vignette itself is always issued by the official national portal.

Why are there service fees?

The service fee covers identity and information verification, manual purchase on the official portal, customer support, invoicing and administrative follow-up.

What happens after payment?

You receive an immediate confirmation email with your invoice. Our team then purchases the vignette on the official portal on your behalf. The final vignette confirmation is sent directly by the national portal.

Do you send me the vignette?

No. The electronic vignette or official confirmation is sent directly by the government portal to the email you used at checkout. We forward a copy of your invoice from our side.

When is my vignette valid?

It depends on the country, the duration you selected and the start date you chose. The exact validity window is confirmed by the official portal in the email you receive.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not yet purchased the vignette on the official portal, cancellation may be possible. Once the vignette has been purchased, refund rules are set by the destination country and some countries do not allow refunds at all.

What if I receive a fine?

Contact us immediately with a copy of the fine notice and your order reference. We will verify the registration on the official portal and help you respond to the authority where possible.
